Thanks to all who attended our 2019 kick-off meeting on January 13th! It was a great turnout! Thank you, Professor Dennis Dworkin, on an outstanding presentation of Jewish Comedy in America. Please mark your calendars for Sunday, February 10th, as UNR Professor Linda Curcio, Ph.D., will be speaking on “Jews and the Inquisition.” Dr. Curcio worked for the International Monetary Fund and completed her Ph.D. program at Tulane University’s Roger Thayer Stone Center for Latin American Studies. She has lived throughout Latin America and is considered an expert in the culture of that area.
The breakfast menu will have a slight change, as Alan Kass has requested Belgian waffles – and we aim to please! And we promise there will be creamer for your coffee, OJ (and chocolate) We look forward to spending Sunday morning, February 10th with you all.
And a special welcome to our newest (paid) members: Marty Matles, Heidi Loeb and Tova McGilvray! Welcome ladies!

Accumulated funds are typically used to support Temple Sinai initiatives. Meetings feature a variety of guest speakers.
