Sunday, March 15

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Temple Sinai Men’s Club will be meeting on March 15th at 8:50 AM in our small social hall. Volunteers are preparing breakfast, but if you would like to also participate in the preparation, please contact me.

Caren C. Jenkins, Esq. our guest speaker has been a member of Temple Sinai for many years with both of her sons having their Bar Mitzvah with us. She has been a member of the TS Board, and has volunteered for many activities at Temple Sinai over the years. Caren is presently running for a Douglas County judgeship and she is also presently the Director of the NV State Board of Optometry. She also served as Chair as well as Executive Director of the Nevada Commission on Ethics. I have personally worked with Caren in her position as Board Chair, of the Northern Nevada Bar Disciplinary Board. Caren also has her own law practice– Nevada Legacy Law.

Caren is very energetic, hard-working and also an expert in the fields of estate planning and trust services. Her presentation will focus on Estate and Life Planning tools available to elders with mental disabilities as well as to families of those persons. Her topics will include guardianship, special needs trusts, and access to Medicaid and other public benefits. Caren has that unique ability to cut to the chase using clear and lucid language.

As usual, please make your reservation at https://sinaireno.org/mens-club.

Thank you, we look forward to hosting you on March 15 – Men’s Club Breakfast.
