Bar/Bat Mitzvah Program

A Bar or Bat Mitzvah is more than just a ceremony—it’s a big step on a young person’s Jewish journey, and we’re here to make sure it’s meaningful, memorable, and truly special for the whole family.

At Temple Sinai, our Bar/Bat Mitzvah program helps students and families prepare not only to lead parts of a service, but also to explore what Judaism means to them personally. It’s a year filled with learning, growth, and a few nerves—but also a lot of joy and pride.

When to Enroll:

We recommend signing up at least one year before your child turns 13. The program is open to Temple Sinai members, and the fee is $540.
